Outside
There are 2 main gardens, one on the higher-level and one on the
lower-level. There is a large pool and surrounding terrace on the
higher-level and a smaller pool with terraces on the lower-level:
Ample space for up to 20 people to relax. There is an outdoor
kitchen/bbq on the lower-level in a shaded area ideal for outdoor
entertaining and al fresco dining. All the furniture has been
sourced from Asia and are of the highest quality, as are the house,
gardens and pools. Lots of space for kids, parents or small groups
to share without feeling claustrophobic - A beautiful house in an
excellent location with ample space inside and out: with the added
bonus of privacy.
Coast/Beach
There is a private beach within the development, also close to Sol D'en Serra beach and Amante restaurant - highly recommended. There are plenty of other beaches available within easy reach - Talamanca, Figueretas, Playa D'En Bossa, Es Codolar, Cala Jondal and Cala Llonga - all are within 15-20 mins drive from the house, some even closer. Ibiza has over 70 beaches around the island all with the highest standards across Europe and are well maintained with tourists and locals in mind.
Golf
The golf course is located in the same development, so travel to and from the course is very convenient - access can be arranged on request.
How to get here
Ibiza airport is approximately 15 minutes by car, Ibiza Town 10
minutes and most places on the island will take between 20-40
minutes to travel to. Ibiza is a fairly small island in terms of
size, so wherever you are on the island getting to the beach is
easy.
Distances
Ibiza Town - the main town of the island is within 4km of us and everything else is close. Hiring a car is recommended during your stay but taxis are not too expensive.
