This private gated villa estate sits on its own mountain perched high above the resort, featuring 360-degree views out over deadman's bay, the atlantic ocean and the sir Francis drake channel and many virgin islands dotted on the horizon. the wraparound deck, surrounded by colorful gardens has casual chaises and comfortable chairs so everyone can pick their favorite view to watch the yachts sail by below or watch the sunrise or sunset. the santa barbara coastal style architecture and open floor plans ensure that each view from the villa is a spectacular one.

the villa consists of the main house with a master bedroom, and three additional exterior bedrooms located down a winding path that leads to the kidney-shaped, infinity-edge pool in the back of the villa. each bedroom design has a different color palette. the master bedroom is a soothing mixture of beige and whites, while the exterior bedrooms have vibrant color themes: the "red room," "blue room" and "green room." all are lavishly appointed and feature master baths with two-person showers and double Jacuzzi tubs. all have their own entrance and private balconies where guests can unwind and enjoy a moment of tranquility as they take in their magnificent surroundings. the living room boasts various seating areas, as well as a 52-inch flat screen tv with entertainment center.

The wet bar is always well stocked and guests can choose to have their preferred beverages stocked prior to arrival. the dining room overlooks the enchanting vistas of the bay beyond, although most guests choose to dine outdoors on their spacious deck, as tiki torches provide a golden light over a perfect dinner under the moon and stars.

The fully equipped kitchen can be used to prepare any meal, but most guests enjoy the services of their private chef or join the resort guests in our world class restaurants. whether guests seek the privacy of their villa or would like to enjoy the resort, both options are available to them.

Crow's Nest Villa is available on an Estate only basis or Full Service Inclusive basis. The Full Service option includes the services of a butler and chef, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as non-alcoholic beverages for up to eight guests. Housekeeping service is provided twice daily on either plan. Regardless of the plan chosen, the Villa Director will oversee every aspect of the perfect villa stay as personalization through customization is what we do best at Peter Island Resort and Spa.

VILLA RATES

The Peter Island Villa Program offers three unique villa estates, that can be personalized and customized to each guest's stay. Villas are available with many options, from an all-inclusive experience in which meals and the full services of a private butler, chef and a housekeeper are included and at your disposal, to the rental of just the estate.

Our villa rates are per night. Full Service rates will include our Full American Plan, which includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments and dinner.* Our four bedroom and six bedroom villas also include a private chef, a valet, a chauffeured vehicle and a housekeeper when the Full Services rate is reserved. All rates are subject to 18% tax and service charges and minimum-length-of-stay requirements, when applicable. All villas are reserved in their entirety.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit (to include room and the 18% tax and service charges) will be required at the time of booking. Final full payment will be due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

2014 VILLA HOLIDAY DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit (to include villa rate and the 18% tax and service charges) will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Final full prepayment (including all taxes and service charges) is due by October 1st, 2014. Cancellation is required by October 15 in order to receive refund of balance only (original 50% remains non-refundable). Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or cancelled due to delayed, canceled, or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. No credits or partial refunds will be issued if reservations are cancelled after October 15, 2014.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for any reservation canceled or changed at least 60 days prior to arrival. Fifty percent of full deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled or changed between 45 and 59 days of arrival. No refunds for reservations that are canceled or changed inside 45 days of arrival. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or canceled due to delayed, canceled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. Cancellation policy does not apply to holiday reservations.

Hawk's Nest, the three bedroom villa, includes resort FAP for up to six guests per night when reserving Full Service rate.*
Crow's Nest, the four bedroom villa, includes customized FAP for up to eight guests per night when reserving Full Service rate.*
Falcon's Nest, the six bedroom villa, includes customized FAP for up to 12 guests per night when reserving Full Service rate.*

** Each additional Full Service villa guest will be $350 per night plus applicable 18% tax and service charge.
** Each additional Estate Only villa guest will be $210 per night plus applicable 18% tax and service charge.
